Basic Purpose and Scope of the Position Responsibilities:
· Process, maintain and record all accounts payable, check voucher, journal voucher, and transactions in Quickbooks
· Handles replenishment of Petty Cash, employee reimbursements, and liquidation
· Assist in preparation of government payments such as SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig, and BIR Tax reporting
· Filing of all accounting documents and returns
· Ability to understand and apply current accounting guidelines, system updates and revisions, and policy changes
· Maintain and update necessary accounting entries
· Ability to reconcile financial transactions and accounts
· Receive invoices and release checks to and from suppliers/vendors
· Payroll/timekeeping
· Preparation of monthly reports
Requirements
Qualifications:
· BS Accountancy graduate preferably CPA
· At least 3 years related working experience
· Advanced excel skills
