*JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for filing and organizing of documents.
Filing and organizing of Finance and Accounting documents.
Coordinates with General Services & Admin and Human Resources Management groups on filing, archiving, and disposal of documents.
Coordinates with Human Resource, Finanace and Admin Document Custodian on the implementation of Quality Management.
Coordinates with IT Management Department.
Ensures proper and organized filing of all the documents in the warehouse.
Coordinates with Bureau of Internal Revenue on rules or issuances pertaining to back-up of hardcopy and softcopy files and ensures compliance thereto.
*JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Having an experience in document handling is an advantage.
Preferably with 1-2 years of related experience.
Knowledgeable in using MS Office Applications.
Graduate of Associate Degree or Undergraduate of any Bachelor's Degree course.
