We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accountant with a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping practices preferably in the Australian Account. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Australian financial regulatory environment and be proficient in managing financial data, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a commitment to accuracy and compliance, who can contribute to the financial well-being of our client's organization.

Work Arrangement: Onsite (Clark, Pampanga)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience level: Mid-level to Mid-Senior
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accountancy, financial management or any related field.
Preferably with at least 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Must have:
Proficiency in accounting software e.g., QuickBooks and Xero.
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications e.g., Excel, Word, SharePoint etc.
Strong experience in Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good organization, proactivity, and time management
skills
Nice to have:
CPA or CA certification.
Experience in Australian accounting and bookkeeping.
Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with Australian accounting standards.
Record all financial transactions, including income, expenses, and assets.
Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Perform general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Ensure all transactions are correctly categorized and documented.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Generate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Accurately process and manage payroll, including superannuation contributions and payroll tax obligations.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Fair Work Australia regulations.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Other responsibilities:
Assist with internal and external audit processes, ensuring all financial documentation is readily available and compliant with audit requirements.
Stay updated on changes to Australian accounting regulations and ensure the organization's financial practices remain in compliance.
Other related tasks as assigned.
