Accounting and Admin Assistant
? JOB DESCRIPTION
A. Finance Responsibilities
Prepare canvass sheets and purchase orders for items requested by warehouse personnel.
Prepare Cash Vouchers, BIR Form 2307, and Liquidation Summaries for purchases and expenses to support fund replenishment.
Maintain accurate records of Input VAT and Withholding Tax for BIR filing purposes.
Assist the Accounting Supervisor in preparing accounting schedules and related reports.
B. Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor the Alpha List of Suppliers and manage various Company Forms.
Monitor and update employee records, including timekeeping and attendance.
Draft and prepare Company Memorandums as needed.
Process renewal of vehicle permits with LTO or other relevant agencies.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned by management from time to time.
✅ QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of any Accounting or Business Administration-related course.
Administrative and HR experience is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
