Prepare summary of invoices per classification
Forward summary of invoices to Documentation Assistant to be used in retrieval of documents
Check the accuracy & completeness of the following documents
1. Zero-rated Fuel Sales
2. Other Sales
3. Crude and other Importation
4. Local Purchases
Prepare summary of lacking documents (Zero-rated Fuel Sales & Crude Importation only)
Consolidate list of invoices with lacking documents
Sort invoices per Depot/ Location
Send list of invoices to Depot for request of scanned copies thru email
Excise Tax Claims
Ensure accuracy & completeness of the following documents
Check the accuracy & completeness of the following documents:
