We are currently inviting experienced applicants to join our team for the position of
Accounting Administrator/ Bookkeeper:
- Processing of all payments received from Insurance companies and patients in the Hospital's system which must be entered, posted, and distributed in a timely manner.
- Preparation of reports on unpaid amounts from Insurance companies.
- Coordinating with the Accounts Receivable Officer / Collections Officer regarding issues on funds and documents received.
- Responsible for obtaining the client's day-to-day transactions of the company's clients such as bank statements, bills, invoices, etc.
· Responsible for organizing client's folders.
· Performing bank and credit card account reconciliation on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
· Bills Posting and Data Entry for various clients
· Assisting in processing Accounts Payable
Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested.
Qualifications:
· Effective written communication skills.
· Ability to quickly learn new systems and work-flow processes, and to multi-task on an ongoing basis.
· Organized and detail oriented.
· Ability to be flexible and manage multiple tasks.
· Maintains client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
· Proficient in using MSOffice (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
· Experience in a hospital / health care environment is a plus.
· Proficient in Quickbooks Desktop and/or Quickbooks Online
