The successful candidate will report to both the Senior Management Accountant & Financial Controller
The main roles & responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
With Cost accounting experience
With Manufacturing experience
With good attitude
Knowledgeable in XERO software
Perform month end duties
Record customer invoices in the system and maintain the integrity of the data
Matching and coding invoices
Full function Accounts Receivable and Payable
Maintenance of Asset registers
Bank Reconciliations
Tax compliance
Assist with Budgeting and forecasting
Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and chase payments from customers
Strive to assist with process and system improvements
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Accountancy. You will have previous experience working in a manufacturing / costing role, with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities and be very capable liaising with operations. This role would suit someone who thrives in a high performance culture and has strong time management.
