Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or any related field
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
With 4-5 years experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or glass industry environment.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., XERO, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and government regulations.
Maintain the general ledger, ensuring proper accounting and timely reconciliation of accounts, including AP/AR, payroll, and inventory.
Track and analyze manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead to ensure accurate costing and profitability analysis.
Assist in developing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to monitor financial performance.
Coordinate with the production department to monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate valuation of stock, including raw materials and finished goods.
Assist in preparing for and supporting internal and external audits by providing financial documentation and reports as needed.
Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability and support business operations.
Use accounting software and systems to manage financial data and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with operations, sales, and procurement teams to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
