Job Description
Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
Managing income and expenditure accounts
Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data
Keeping a check on the company's finances based on financial status
Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Business Administration or related fields
• With at least 5-year experience as accountant for wholesale/retail industry and have strong business administration background
• With excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Superb time management skills and detailed orientation, Must be Computer literate
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.
• Proven experience as General Accounts or similar position
