Job Description Summary:
This is a part-time position that can become a full-time position depending on the company's needs and individual performance. We are looking for a Licensed accountant with tax preparation experience. The primary roles will be to help audit and prepare company financials. The tasks will include but are not limited to:
Quarterly tax filings
Develop a business tax strategy
Review and prepare balance sheets, cash flow statements
Review QuickBooks entries
Maintains policy and procedures manuals
Performs accounting functions including billing, collection, and expense records Prepares Forecast and other management reports.
Assists in proposal development and research gathering as requested.
Job Qualifications/Education Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant (preferably)
Skills:
Strong PC skills
Strong knowledge of MS products: Excel and Word
Strong interpersonal, initiative, organization, and planning expertise, analytical and problem-solving skills, and leadership ability.
