ACCOUNTANT
Job Responsibilities:
Verifies and reconciles financial transactions.
Develops financial reports and reconciles financial data.
Prepares various financial statements.
Reconciles and balances general ledger accounts.
Compiles reports to show statistics such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivables, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to the operation
of the business.
Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the client
Maintaining accurate financial records.
Job Qualifications:
With QuickBooks Experience and/or QBO Certification (4-year degree plus QBO certification).
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Tax, Accounting, or Finance.
Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
Understanding of Mathematics and Accounting and Financial processes.
Ethical behavior.
Attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and highly-proficient
High integrity and trustworthiness in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Understand cause & effect of entries & AP/AR/PR transactions
Ability to self-audit work when viewing FS
Strong knowledge of Accounting concepts and principles
