What you will be doing for us:
To provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. The Finance team is crucial in safeguarding the company's finances, it is critical to ensure that the team delivers and works accurately and efficiently in maintaining order and transparency for the company's finances.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
1. Assist with the preparation, analysis, and verification of accounting records, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to reporting and procedural standards
2. Maintain the general ledger operations and support the month-end close process.
3. Collect, categorize, calculate, verify, and enter data to maintain accurate records and assist with budget development and financial forecasting.
4. Monitor and analyze budget variances and assist with tax filings.
5. Coordinate audits following internal and external procedures.
