Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting.
Proficient in MS Office Application and Accounting Software (preferably QuickBooks)
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Highly analytical and with a keen sense for details and data accuracy.
With good communication skills and can deliver the reports to various audience in the organization.
Can work well under pressure and is fast to adapt to a fast-changing business environment.
Job Description:
Perform the processing and recording of accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices and staff reimbursements are paid accurately and in accordance with finance policies and procedures.
Assist in the monthly closing activities such as general accounts reconciliation, fixed asset lapsing, schedules of accruals, etc.
Prepare and file tax and other regulatory returns such as VAT, withholding taxes, income taxes and other statutory requirements.
Support the financial statement audit and tax audit by preparing account schedules and reconciliations, vouching and collating supporting documents or reports.
Maintain complete filing system to support financial records.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements of the local government.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
