ACCOUNTANT
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reconciling balance sheets, and maintaining general ledgers.
Prepare a set of financial statements, income tax returns, and other statutory reporting requirements.
Formulate accounting policies and processes in collaborations with the audit and lead managers for a sound internal control
Prepare budget forecast and actual expenditures.
Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reports company financial health and liquidity.
Lead in proper archiving of accounting files and documents
Ensure appropriate reporting or recording of accounting entry in the journals/ledger
Proper reporting and payment of tax dues and Government remittances with no delays to avoid incurring of penalties
Audit Financial transactions and documents.
Plan, coordinate, and administer general accounting and reporting activities, including financial statement preparation and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Staying current on tax regulations and policies.
Comply with financial policies and regulations.
QUALIFICATION:
Graduate of BS Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant
With At least 5 years work experience in General Accounting/Bookkeeping/Tax Compliance/Business Licenses
Well experienced in Financial Statement preparation, budgeting, AR and AP, application of accounting principles, standards and regulations, taxation, govt. statutory benefits and handling BIR Audits
Should be able to communicate well and lead a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a team-oriented and challenging fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
