Qualifications & experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting;
Minimum of 2-5 years of general accounting experience;
Experienced with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures;
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team;
With good communication skills; be able to communicate across all social media channels;
Strong knowledge and proficiency in accounting software programs; Xero software, Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Offices, and Google Workspace;

Tasks & responsibilities
Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data
Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
Presenting data to managers, COO, and other entities
Maintaining accurate financial records
Performing audits and resolving discrepancies
Computing taxes
Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting
Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecast
