About the Role:
Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger Maintenance and Bookkeeping
Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Accounts Payable/Receivable Management
Cost accounting
Inventory management
Working towards budgets / deadlines
Ensuring the quality and accuracy of financial records
Weekly and fortnightly payroll through Xero
Ensure tasks and projects within the finance department are completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
About You:
Preferably CPA qualified
A strong record of achievement with proven accounts and bookkeeping experience, Australian working experience is preferred
1-3year experience
A relevant business/ commerce/ accounting qualification (ideal).
Xero accounting software (essential) Cost accounting experience and experience with dealing with inventory management
Excellent communication skills
Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
The ability to develop continuously, adapt and quickly learn new systems and processes.
The ability to prioritize well, balancing quality and timeliness.
The ability to take initiative and work effectively in a team and also work autonomously.
