Tasks/Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting Finance Manager on daily tasks assigned.
Accountable for reviewing month-end payroll from properties.
To assist in reviewing the month-end reporting pack sent by properties
To monitor the actual performance against the budgets of the entities by establishing financial benchmarks, ratios, and relevant key performance indicators
To highlight critical matters to Finance Manager/Group Finance Manager after the review
To prepare and submit on a timely basis accurate monthly Consolidated Cash Balance and Hotel Performance Reports for the Group Finance Manager's review before submission to Management.
To assist in annual budget review and consolidation.
To assist in internal audit by ensuring proper internal controls are in place and in compliance.
