Job Description:
•Post all bank transactions, all invoices, and bills in QuickBooks.
•Maintains financial records for subsidiary companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
•Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information; Schedule of Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Salary Reports.
•Adjustments on entries if required.
•Secures financial information by completing database backups; keeping all information confidential.
•Preparing weekly client update reports to be sent to company owners.
•Responsible for closing her assigned companies on a monthly basis, and follow up with the clients to make sure this happens
•Preparation of Engagement Letters
•Check and respond to client's e-mail (after approval)
•Make sure every company documents are on file in each client folder
•Any other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager
