QUALIFICATIONS:
Four-year accounting degree ( Being a CPA is a great advantage).
Minimum 3 years construction/job accounting experience.
Background of construction accounting and general accounting.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be it in the office or the project site.
Proficiency with MS Office ( word, excel, ppt), and the ability to structure and apply Microsoft Excel solutions that require specialized features as well as charts and graphs.
Excellent in written, verbal and inter-personal skills.
