Candidates must be College degree holder in BS Accountancy, CPA is an advantage.
· At least 1-2 years relevant experience in Finance & Accounting.
· Proficient in Computer Applications (MS Office).
· Knowledge in Quality Management System and QuickBooks.
· Good Analytical, Decision-Making and Problem-Solving Skills.
FUNCTIONS:
- Prepares accurate accounting entries with proper identification as to vatable, non-vatable and with corresponding withholding tax properly considered.
- Prepares timely recording of accounting entries to the system such as journal entries of expenses, depreciations, accruals, non-VAT receipts and other related adjustments.
- Prepares and generates banks checks.
- Responsible in safekeeping of Paid Checks and Check Vouchers maintenance.
- Prepares and produces regular monthly reports.
- Prepares the monthly BIR remittances such as Withholding tax at source, Withholding tax of the wages, VAT monthly & quarterly.
- Monitors all advances of employees' subject for liquidation and payroll deduction.
- Responsible in safekeeping of all journal vouchers and other relevant accounting files.
- Interacts with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
- Performs other duties as required by the immediate superior.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
