What are we looking for:
Multiplymii is in search of an Accountant, you will be working with our US-based client. They have built a solid reputation on their knowledgeable customer service and low-price guarantees for a vast array of automotive accessories, from trusted top-quality name brands to unique and innovative new products.
The successful candidate will be supporting the internal Finance Team. What the team needs for this role is someone who is very organized, detail-oriented with an eagerness to learn new tools, and processes.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Reconcile banking transactions
Assign vendors to bank and credit card transactions and maintain client-vendor glossary
Check for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings
Reconcile and report any discrepancies found in the records
Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts
Participate in month-end closing activities
About You:
Core qualifications:
3+ years of experience working with USA entities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Understanding of US GAAP
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
High attention to detail and organization is a must
Has strong initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent command of the English language (oral & written)
Very proactive, has a sense of responsibility, urgency, and follow-thru
Can work during or overlapping US East Coast business hours
