Job Description
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Provides financial information to client by researching and analyzing accounting data to ensure accuracy.
Prepare tax returns for prompt payment.
Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date.
Provides assistance in organizing, maintaining and auditing financial records.
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Monitoring and reviewing payments in client's accounting system, completes reconciliation and analysis of various records and registers.
Job Qualifications
Skill and Characteristics
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• Must be a CPA
• Must be able to communicate in English fluently
• Must have strong analytical skills.
• Must be keen to details
• Must be familiar with QuickBooks
• Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
• Experience is a plus but not required
• Willing to work nightshift schedule
