Job Description:
Accounts Payable
Check and verify billings received from suppliers
Create Check vouchers and checks to be routed to signatories
Updated schedule of disbursements/subsidiary ledgers
Prepare entries and record disbursement transactions in the books
Maintains hard copies/file of check vouchers paid
Billing and Collections
Maintains subsidiary ledger of unit owners
Generate billings per type per cut-off date
Prepare entries and record billing transactions in the books
Perform daily end of day cash count and checking of the daily collection report (Receipts)
Prepare entries and record receipt transactions in the books
Responsible for the custody and control of unused BIR Forms (SOA, OR and AR)
Provides data to Admin assistant as requested (Recon purposes)
Maintains hard copies of daily collection report
General Accounting
Maintains the manual books of accounts
Prepares and records all Journal vouchers, month end adjustments and closing entries
Prepares monthly Trial Balance
Prepares monthly Financial Statements for approval of the board of trustees
Prepares monthly bank reconciliation statements
Prepares weekly cash flow report
Assists external auditors every interim and year end
Maintains files of approved financial statements
Tax
Prepare, submit and pay monthly 1601C using eBIRFORMS
Prepare, submit and pay monthly 1601E using eBIRFORMS
Prepare, submit and pay monthly 2551M using eBIRFORMS
Prepare, submit and pay quarterly 1702Q using eBIRFORMS
Prepare, submit and pay annually 1604CF using eBIRFORMS
Prepare, submit and pay annually 1604E using eBIRFORMS
Prepare, submit and pay annually 1702RT using eBIRFORMS
Pay annual or quarterly business permit
Pay annual of quarterly Real Property Taxes
Maintains files of filed and paid taxes
Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Accountancy
At least 3-5 Years of work experience in the related field is required for this position
