ACCOUNTANT
 
The Accountant will work closely with Senior Accountant/Team Leader, performing a fully array of accounting functions. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
The main duties and responsibilities will include the following: 
Perform a full array of accounting functions across multiple clients in varying industries. 
Plan and coordinate varying day to day tasks and meet constant deadlines 
Maintaining a high level of communication with business clients via telephone, email and skype ensuring  their requests are followed through as appropriate. 
Accounts receivable and accounts payable for assigned business clients. 
Monthly and quarterly (where required) reconciliations of balance sheet and bank accounts. Processing payroll for specific business clients ensuring accuracy at all times. 
Providing high level performance reports including financial analysis and sales reporting for clients on a  regular basis. 
Maintaining a high level of communication with business clients via telephone, email and skype ensuring  their requests are followed through as appropriate. 
Providing daily updates to Senior Accountant/Team Leader on priorities and status of tasks. 
To be successful in this role it is essential you have:  
Preferably a CPA experience in a business environment. 
5 years specific accounting experience in large audit, multinational or BPO organizations.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work towards tight deadlines in a fast paced environment. 
Highest standard of English skills both written and verbal. 
Excellent attention to detail to detect errors and ensure accuracy. 
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently evaluate and recommend solutions Working knowledge of Xero and MYOB required/ 
Must display high level of initiative and be a quick learner and self-motivated 
Location: Cebu City 
 
Salary: PHP 35,000 to 40,000 (inclusive of all allowances)
