Description
-Posting of AR, AP, GL & stock module in Iscala
-Update Account Schedules, prepares accruals and amortisation entries
-Bank Reconciliaton
-Billing re-charge to Intercompany
-Prepares Payment vouchers for rep office payroll (Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand), KPMG and IRAS for the tax clearance
-Assist in One stream forms during month end closing
-End Market report
-Liaise with the Bank for the update of signatories, opening and closing of bank accounts
-Upload excel JV in Iscala
-Issue urgent cheque payment to Supplier
-Prepares forex report and run PPV report
-Prepares AIA/VUE Payroll journal
-Assist to internal and external audit request
