Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Accountancy
CPA license preferred
At least 3 years experience in a real estate or financing industry
Strong analytical skills with attention to details
Proficient in MS Office or any Accounting system
Flexible, organized, above average communication skills and interpersonal skills
Can work with minimum supervision
 
Responsibilities:
Document control and filing of collection receipts and cash/check vouchers
Recording of transactions to cash disbursements books and cash receipts book
Preparation of accounting schedules
Payroll Preparation
Preparation of financial reports
Compliance of SEC, BIR and other government requirements and compliances
Performs internal audit and control system
Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as the need arises
