Currently we are looking for an Accountant (18 months temporary contract) who will report to Chief Accountant and will be responsible for managing assigned financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses, assisting in monthly, quarterly and annual closing, working together with finance team on process improvement projects.
About job:
Control and review of Shared service located in Philippines activities in accounts payable and accruals
Preparing of VAT registers and declarations, statistical reports
Participating in the process of payments to suppliers
Conduct internal audits for internal control purposes and to comply with current accounting standards
Issuing the returning invoices (debit notes) to the suppliers
Monitoring of the internal systems used for approving of expenses (including business trips)
Assist in month end/quarterly/year end close process and reporting
About you:
University degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or related field
1-2 years of experience as an Accountant
Knowledge in MS Office (very good Excel skills)
Critical thinking and analytical skills
Strong communication and customer focus skills
A high degree of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
Very good English skills

The salary for this position starts from 1400 € gross but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
