Responsibilities:
Preparation of quarterly consolidated financial statements for the Group;
Handling bank & audit queries
Cash flow management;
Maintaining General Ledger and financial statements for individual companies;
Review of financial statements and bank reconciliations;
Verification of invoices;
Quarterly declaration of GST F5 to IRAS;
Liaison with auditors, bankers and tax agents.
Job Requirements:
Degree in accountancy or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of audit and banking experience
Must possess knowledge of auditing practices and principles
Good financial and analytical skills for business development
Strong interpersonal, meticulous with problem solving skills
Knowledge of SAGE 300 ERP will be an advantage
