Responsibilities
Manage full sets of account books of limited risk distributors, including but not limited, to the handling of rental and intercompany billings, processing and approving of claims, GST submission, monthly closing, perform bank reconciliation and drafting of financial statements
Ensure timely submission and effective maintenance of all monthly management reports, variance analysis, corporate reporting and other ad-hoc reporting
Support operations in terms of cost control and conducting periodical cycle count exercise for physical inventory
Manage accounting and audit-related issues
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Possess at least Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
Candidate with at least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing environment preferred
Hands-on experience in accounts consolidation preferred
Possess knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SAP
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Results-oriented and possess hands-on attitude with the ability to work under tight deadlines
Able to work independently with emphasis on accuracy and quality of work
