ACCOUNTANT
 
Salary Range: 25,000 – 30,000.00 per month
 
Job Responsibilities:
The primary function of this position is to perform full accounting cycle including maintaining and controlling the General Ledger accounts and business transactions of the organization. It analyzes and evaluates accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts and recommend changes necessary to benefit the company.
Reconciliation receipt with online sales (Paypal, bank account)
Reconciliation freight & duty expense with online sales orders
Analysis marketing expense / Online Sales
Intangible Assets managements (Trademark, Database etc.)
Intergroup transactions (Service charge, purchase, etc.)
Inventory control (Finished goods)
EE  Expense control (Freight, duty, fulfillment, payroll, service charge, administrative expense)
PajPayment arrangement, Monthly cashflow forecast
P&L Budget report, monthly report Actual VS Budget
Se  Set finance reporting (BS, PL)
Go Government filling with HKSAR
Work with External auditor for yearly audit work, tax matter
Work with Banker for cash management, credit facility set up  
Report to and Co-ordinate with Group Finance dept , report to FL management team
Job Qualifications:
Must be a degree holder in BS Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant
Preferably has the knowledge on digital business B2C and familiar with Odoo,  Shopify. 
With proven working experience as Accountant for at least 2 years
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and database
With high ability to manipulate large amount of data and to compile detailed reports
Proven knowledge in auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules and regulations
High attention to details and excellent analytical skills
Need to feel comfortable working in an international environment
High trustworthy
Sound independent judgement
Specific Work Location: Cebu and can work homebased
