Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Accounting (Procurement to Pay and Receivables), PH Taxation, Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word).
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Job Descriptions:
The role will be the Lead Accountant on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of AP and AR balance sheet account reconciliation
Working Capital: Ensure cash position is sufficient to support daily operational requirements. Lead cashflow reporting.
Will support the ERP implementation in the first year
> Process all accounts payable transactions
> Process all accounts receivable transactions
> Generates and check data for VAT reporting, work with Tax Accountant to ensure timeliness and accuracy of VAT reporting
> Prepares quarterly cash forecast, facilitate review and approval with CFO
> Accomplish cashflow reports in TIP
> Prepares monthly reconciliation of intercompany transactions every 20th of the month latest
> Support Annual and Strategic planning preparation - cashflow reporting
> Support year-end audit and reporting
> Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior
