Job Responsibilities:
1. Knowledgeable of recording and recognizing:
-Disbursements and accrual of expenses
-Income, billing and revenue recognition
-Collection and accounts receivable monitoring
-Property Plant and Equipment recognition and depreciation
2. Should be reliable and highly organized;
3. Should possess excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing and work equally well independently and in team;
4. Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office applications;
5. Experience with office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and scanners;
6. Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive;
7. Commitment to working efficiently and accurately;
8. Basic mathematical skills; and
9. Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles, including bookkeeping.
Job Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience can be substituted.
2. Honest and trustworthy.
3. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience preferably in law firm.
4. Required Skill(s): Tax Filing, Bookkeeping
