This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing essential bookkeeping services to the clients. This is a full-time role.We are looking for someone with Xero and E-commerce experienceThe working time is somewhat flexible, as you will need to overlap with at least 10am - 1pm ET.Main Responsibilities:
Provide weekly financial reports.
Must have very thorough Xero knowledge.
Must have very good Excel knowledge
Ideally must have some US tax experience.
Must be very thorough and detail-oriented. Must be able to classify all transactions, generate balance sheet, P&L and cashflow statements.
Must know accrual accounting and cash based.
Must be able to collect multiple data points from our systems to generate financial reports.
Requirements:
Previous experience in bookkeeping or related field
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients
Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting related field
Excellent English skills
