Roles and Responsibilities
- Reconcile financial statements when required
- Prepare, send and store invoices
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Identify and address discrepancies
- Assist in reporting the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Manage and update Accounting database, software and spreadsheet
- Daily receipting and reconciling
- Manage over 500 properties
- Reporting to Office Manager daily
- Compile cash flows for the business
- End of month business reporting
- Prepare Sales department contracts
- Assist in Auditing tasks
Required Experience
- Australian working experience
Minimum Qualifications
- CPA
- At least 2 years of experience working for an Accounts role in an Australian Real Estate company
- Degree in Accounting or related
A Successful Candidate must have
- PropertyTree experience
- Xero qualifications
- Ability to adapt to new tools and software
- Auditing skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Good organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Willingness to work in Clark, Pampanga
Proficient with
- XERO
- MS Office and Google Apps
Experience Advantage
- Real Estate Experience is a plus
