We're Smartsourcing, looking for an Accountant (Tax and Business Advisory) who can work with us full-time and on-site!Where?📍 Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, CebuAs an Accountant for this role, you will need experience in tax, financial reporting, tax planning, business strategy, and estate planning. This is a great opportunity for experienced accountants who are looking to continue using their skills while working with a supportive team.Some of the things we expect you to do are to:
Provide Australian tax and business advisory services to a diverse client base.
Prepare and review financial reports, Australian tax returns, and compliance documentation.
Support clients with tax planning, business strategy, and estate planning.
Leverage Xero Tax and Xero Practice Manager for tax and financial reporting.
Develop strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
Collaborate with team members and provide guidance to support their growth.
Continuously improve technical skills and client engagement capabilities.
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:
3-5 Years experience with Australian Taxation
Experience with Australian Tax Accounting
Experience with Xero Tax, Xero Practice Manager, and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of tax planning, business strategy, and estate planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A desire to work with a close-knit team and a diverse range of business clients.
Open to part-time or flexible work arrangements.
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a passion for delivering client success.
