Basic Purpose of the Job Responsible for supplier tax and bank account set up, 1099 compliance, SOX/PWC audit, monthly accounts analysis and other GL related functions. II. Reporting Relationship Reports to the Accounting Supervisor. III. Major Duties and Responsibilities Supplier tax and bank account set-up and 1099 compliance Monthly Account Reconciliations Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing Assists in the audit requirements/schedules (e.g. financial, SOX, PWC, etc.) Interface with management in various departments Roamer to help out in other areas within the group Qualifications I. Job Specifications .Education Bachelor's degree in Accountancy .Experience 1-2 years general ledger accounting working experience Preferably with audit experience Oracle R12 financial application experience preferred Preferably with experience working in a multinational company or a manufacturing industry . Skills Excellent Excel skills preferred Effective and strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
