Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible for the full sets of financial statements for companies and ensure monthly financial reports and schedules the financial statements are prepared accurately and timely
2. Review the work of the supporting team on daily accounting and finance duties including AR, AP processes, GL, tax, and bank reconciliation
3. Prepare annual budget and ad-hoc forecast
4. Review and execute statutory filings including financial statements and tax related (corporate and GST)
5. Liaise with the banks on the loan financings (if required)
6. Liaise with the auditors to ensure timely completion of audit and preparation of audited financial statements
7. Monitor cash flow movements closely and repay the project loans promptly
8. Ensure effective management and internal controls are in place
9. Any other assignments or duties assigned
Requirements:
1. Degree in Accounting with professional qualification preferred
2. Minimum 5 years working experience preferably in the real estate sector
3. Possess strong analytical skills, meticulous with high level of integrity
4. Able to multi-task, cope with urgent request and have worked in a fast pace environment
5. Strong team player and able to work independently
6. Good oral and written communications
7. Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
8. Flexible, an inquisitive mind and keen to learn and pick up new finance work
9. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) and/or IBM Cognos System will be an advantage
