Responsibilities:
Conducts end-to-end Accounts Payable process and Accounts Receivable process.
Accounts payable processing via 3-way match
Resolve issues by addressing internal departments.
Ensure invoices are processed on a timely basis.
Answer inquiries from vendors, suppliers, employees and management, and research.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Accounting graduate with at least 3 years of experience in Accounts
Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Applied knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong organizational skills and strong sense of urgency.
Business partner and team oriented.
Amenable to work on a fixed night shift and willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa once work on site resumes.
