Job Description
Responsible for maintenance of complete books of account.
Manage intercompany/ intra company/ third party bookings for accommodations and consumption invoices on time. Ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
Resources Management (manpower, equipment, material) with effective cost control
Inventory Management and Control
Administratively support to the Head/Superior in managing company's properties/estates to ensure all title documents are in order, payment of statutory fees, liasing with responsible regional managements and/or authorities.
Develop economic analysis to improve usage of properties i.e. renting/selling
Establish and maintain effective working relationship with external stakeholders and authorities.
Provide guidance and advise to Local staff's on all commercial and administrative matters
Prepare, present quartertly financial report (P&L, balance sheets) of various cost accounts to the Regional Management, prepare yearly budget
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
MBA is considered a plus/advantage
Basic SAP knowledge is a must.
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills with attentions to details
Team player with flexibility to work both independently and in cross-functional team
Effective communicator with strong written and presentation skills
