Job Description:A Cash Management Analyst supports a company's financial health by monitoring cash flow, managing bank accounts, and analyzing financial data to ensure liquidity and profitability. Key responsibilities include daily cash monitoring, updating cash flow projections, and fostering relationships with financial institutions, all while ensuring compliance and implementing process improvements for efficient cash operations.Key Responsibilities:Cash Flow Monitoring & Forecasting:Track daily available cash balances and update cash flow projections.Gather and review data to identify trends in cash flow. (Cash and Borrowing report)Banking & Account Management:Manage and maintain bank accounts, including opening and closing procedures.Coordinate with banks and vendors on financial matters.Financial Analysis & Reporting:Reconciliation of bank statements and actively reporting via ARCS.Analyze key financial indicators to assess the company's financial position.Process Improvement:Participate in projects focused on improving cash management processes.Recommend solutions for depository and disbursing activities.Collaboration & Support:Work with various departments to manage financial operations.Support the financial user community with daily, monthly, and annual processes.Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree holder in AccountancyMinimum 1-2 years' work experienceExcellent Excel skillsExperience with major enterprise accounting systems such as Oracle, SAP or PeopleSoft.Experience in large multinational company preferredRelevant work experience in medium to large company environmentExperience in business control is a plusGood communication and interpersonal skillsAmenable to work in flexible work shift and hybrid setupWe are committed to providing a fair and accessible hiring process.
