I. JOB SUMMARY
Supervises all accounting related functions to ensure complete. Accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, compliance with statutory requirements and company's policies and procedures. Manages accounting staff to ensure that assigned work is completed effectively and efficiently. Oversees audit staffs reviews and control consulting engagements that evaluate compliance with policies and procedures, corporate management and operating practices. Oversees audit planning and audit reporting. Actively participates in Management Committee meetings and carry-out management decisions. Lead the team in the preparation of department's Business Plans, Budget and Cost Monitoring.
II. Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Internal Audit, Accounting Technology
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Must have at least 3 years related and meaningful experience in the same capacity (Both Accounting - Receivables and Payables and Auditing)
- With Supervisory/Team Lead experience is a must
- Knowledgeable in all internal audit functions
- Knowledgeable in all accounting functions (receivables, payables, tax compliance)
- With people management skills, can handle a team
- Willing to be assigned at Sucat, Parañaque
