Position Title: Accountant

Salary: 35,000- 45,000 a month
Reports To: Accounts Manager, Client
Primary Relationships: Client Team

Schedule: AUZ business hours
Responsibilities:
Bank Reconciliations
Prepare monthly reports of revenue, profit, rental, fees, and/or reimbursement due to/from owners pursuant to various lease commitments.
Review and or assist in the preparation and or review of monthly bank reconciliations
Assist the Accounting Department with quarterly G/L account analysis.
Review accounts receivable balances and analyze income variances.
Communicate variance explanations.
Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for the monthly general ledger close.
Assist with annual budget preparation.
Assist with the Month-End closing process and consolidated financial statements of several affiliated companies.
Complete ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Should be Amazing in English
Certified accountant with Xero experience to work for the business doubling as an assistant
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with external clients as well as internal customers.
Detail and deadline oriented
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
