Reviews and analyzes the profit statements on a monthly basis;
Analyzes equipment inventory and movement, rental charges, maintenance costs and acquisitions;
Ensures profitability of business units;
Reviews and analyzes the completeness and correctness of all booked revenues and costs for all business units;
Reviews and analyzes product cost, materials, labor and other resources used against production and rendered services;
Helps in the implementation of sound internal control procedures in order to secure the safe custody of the company's assets and the integrity of its operations by ensuring the timely and complete data recording and report preparation;
Participates in the improvement of the whole organization by giving ideas and enhancing existing procedures;
Supervises activities in the accounting section;
Prepares financial projections, variance analysis report and other reports to aid management in decision making;
Analyzes pricing competitiveness and prepare pricing quotation for internal and external clients.
Requirements:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Experience gained in a construction industry is a definite advantage.
Must be quick learner, with good working attitude and a team player.
Can work with minimum supervision.
Applicants must be willing to be assigned in CALACA, BATANGAS or in MEYCAUAYAN, BULACAN.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
