Description
To ensure that client financials and legislative requirements are provided in a timely and accurate manor, financials are monitored and analyzed, and to foster brilliant client relationships.
Core objectives include:
Management of client financials end to end including but not limited to
o Accounts payable and receivable management
o Bank Reconciliations
o Legislative reconciliations & preparation of legislative reporting
o Preparation of monthly financial accounts
o Management and implementation of financial systems and processes
o Cashflow forecasting and budgeting
o Financial analytics and reporting

Responsibilities:
Ensure personal workflow is maintained
Maintain accuracy of financial statements
Adhere and contribute to the development of process instructions
Adhere and contribute to the development of month end checklists
Qualifications:
Financial reporting
GST, PAYG, Superannuation Reconciliations
Thorough knowledge of financial systems (Namely Xero, with Quickbooks advantageous) Thorough knowledge of Excel
