Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review bank statements and reconcile with general ledger entries
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
• Prepare and generate financial reports
• Manage Accounting CRM, ensuring details are updated and correct
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting when needed
• Liaise with both internal and external customers
• Conduct account and bank reconciliations
• Ensure Accounting standards and policies are adhered to
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Accounting or related
• At least 3 years of experience in Australian Accounting preferably with experience in the Mining industry or worked with big companies (listed in the Australian Securities Exchange)
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
• Experience in any Accounting CRM
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• High attention to detail
