Description
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management,
Accounting Technology and the like.
Verifies petty cash disbursed to department heads and officers
Prepares and verifies monthly fees and payables.
Monitors accounts payable and account receivable
Generate and submit monthly and Annual Financial statements
Verifies payroll, payment and remittances of SSS, Philhealth and Pag ibig
Prepare finance internal controls, policies and procedures as well as ensure proper implementation through effective accounting and tax management
ensure customer satisfaction through efficient, reliable and customer oriented billing and collection process;
provide timely accurate financial reports to internal and external customers to aid in a fully informed decision making
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Analysis
Availability for travel: No
Availability for change of residence: No
