JOB DESCRIPTION:
Enter company credit card expenses, check payments, and deposits daily
Enter monthly journal entries for expense accruals
Reconcile bank statements
Create client invoices
Prepare monthly financial statements
Conduct business/financial analyses to help Executives make strategic financial decisions
Prepare financial budgets and projections
Prepare investor diligence documents
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
3+ yrs experience in Accounting for US-based company
1+ yrs experience in financial analysis or financial projections
BS in Business Administration or Accounting
Should understand complex journal entries
Experience preparing profit & loss statements
Experience preparing financial projections
Experience conducting financial analysis by business line
Experience preparing Budgets
Experience with expense auditing
Experience with Quickbooks
Organized and disciplined
Ok to work either day and night shift (most likely will want this person working 7am-4pm PHT, but may need them to attend US day shift meetings at times)
Preferred:
5+ years work experience preferred
Masters in Business Administration (MBA), No CPA required
NOT in Cebu
