Job Description
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or related courses
Knowledgeable with the Basic Accounting process and Basic Taxation
Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
With at least 1 year of experience being an Accounting Assistant or a similar role is an advantage.

Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Highly organize
Good oral & written communication skills
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task
Preferably residing at Antipolo Rizal or nearby cities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing support to the Accounting Department.
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing mail, etc.
Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in person.
Preparing financial reports.
Assisting with audits, checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Other related tasks may be assigned by the Board of Directors.
