JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage and support the company's full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, rental processing, intercompany billing, employee expense processing, GST submission, month-end closing, bank reconciliation, and all other related matters.
Able to provide timely periodic reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, project reports, or other internal analysis reports required by management.
Able to effectively coordinate and liaise with external parties, such as tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government agencies, etc.
Ensure that accounting data and accounting documents (including hardware and copies, etc.) are filed timely and accurately.
Able to complete other tasks assigned by management.
JOB QUALIFICATION
At least a degree/diploma in accounting/financial management.
3-5 years of working experience, preferably with accounting experience in the F&B or education/study abroad consulting services industry.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel office software, and able to use financial systems such as Xero/Odoo proficiently is a plus.
Willing to take responsibility and able to complete work tasks accurately and timely.
Able to communicate in both English and Chinese
