Are you a high-functioning individual able to rise to the challenge of dealing with urgencies?
Civicom Global Solutions offers the outsourcing of a wide variety of services to clients so that they can focus on other things while we do the job for them – an instant extension of their office. The Account Specialist is a supporting role to a team of Account Coordinators (AC) and an Account Manager (AM). In this business-to-business role, they will be responsible for coordinating with key people involved in the account with the goal of providing specific services at an excellent level.
While experience is noteworthy, we also value attitude and ability. We are happy to train the right person.
As part of this exclusive process for one of our clients, the Account Specialists are tasked to:
• Respond to tasks in a timely and professional manner;
• Perform task requirements or have these assigned to the correct fulfillment agents;
• Manage and ensure that tasks are fulfilled with high-quality delivery and in a timely manner;
• Ensure that all assigned tasks would be handled within the day;
• Monitor vendor service completion; and
• Do whatever it takes to get the job done!
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
We are looking for Really Good People who:
• Preferably have at least one year of experience working in a fast-paced office environment;
• Have at least 1 year of experience in inbound /outbound customer service;
• Have a minimum 2-year degree or equivalent work experience;
• Have the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects;
• Have the ability to escalate matters as needed;
• Work well both independently and as a team member;
• Have the ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, and good judgment;
• Have an excellent command and comprehension of the English language--both verbal and written;
• Must have great email and phone skills and to engage vendors and agents WITHOUT a script;
• Have strong work ethics and integrity;
• Are computer and CRM proficient, including for MS Office applications and Outlook email;
• Have the resolve to comply with privacy and compliance regulations;
• Are detail-oriented; and
• May have had experience in back-office processes--a plus,
